For 3 days, ERGONOMA is also associated with a pole of training sessions developed by the best renowned European experts in cognitive ergonomics and the application of solutions to improve living conditions in the workplace.
For too long ergonomic materials and furniture have been but synonyms of heavy equipment, «bare», unsightly, and at the same time architects and decorators were redesigning the working universe adapting it to the new technologies. Today, the conception of ergonomics as a gadget, something to keep a clear conscience, is out of date ; ergonomics is a daily reality in the working world and at home. After the age where man had to adapt to machines, it is finally the machine and processes that have to adapt to man. Excessive sitting, task repetition, competitiveness, ageing of the active population develop disabling illnesses of the muscles and skeleton that are onerous for the economy of the whole of society. The time is more than right to bring ergonomics in everywhere.
